At StepUp Joints, we value your time and trust. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and cancellations.


1. Consultation Fee Refund

  • If StepUp Joints cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued.

  • If a patient cancels at least 24 hours in advance, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

  • No refund is applicable for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.


2. Mode & Timeline of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway processing time.


3. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Emergency consultations

  • Digital reports already generated

  • Administrative or registration fees
