At StepUp Joints, we value your time and trust. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and cancellations.
1. Consultation Fee Refund
If StepUp Joints cancels an appointment, a full refund will be issued.
If a patient cancels at least 24 hours in advance, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
No refund is applicable for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.
2. Mode & Timeline of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
Emergency consultations
Digital reports already generated
Administrative or registration fees
